Vinay, here. I am a UX design practitioner and a design thinking evangelist based in Bengaluru. I take pleasure in conducting design thinking workshops and creating user-centric, delightful human experiences. My passion lies in the intersection of art, design, and technology, over the past few years, leading the design teams has taught me how to balance business goals and engineering constraints while consistently advocating for the user.

My process has been sharpened over 15+ years of experience, efficient and easygoing, I intend to build open and natural collaborations to reach mutual purposes. I gained meaningful experiences in various innovation projects driving teams and clients through a mixed approach based on Design Thinking, UX and Agile. Designed the products and services in the aerospace, retail, healthcare, banking and insurance. I strongly believe that design and storytelling is a powerful medium to create change.

Much before my college days, I had a creative streak and would spend hours sketching and hand-lettering with my neighbour friend, then I wondered if this could be a career choice, and that’s when I started off with a bachelor degree in applied arts at the University College of Fineart and my first internship with Orchid Advertising, later I loved the human-centered design methods and processes I learned at HFI and certified as CUA.

I'm constantly trying to grow and learn something new. In my free time, I would love to do hand-lettering, backpacking over mountains, holding a good book, or exploring a new place with strange people.
